Class Descriptions

Sunrise, Morning and Weekend Workout incorporate gentle stretching, Pilates mat work and flex band exercises to open up the body and get it ready for the day.  After these workouts you will be more aware of your posture throughout the day.

Total Body Workout focuses on working out the core, back, legs and arms by using Pilates mat work and flex band exercises.  Emphasis is placed on working out the entire body by using simple but effective exercises for each area of the body.

Work Those Abs uses fewer exercises in larger repetitions to target and exhaust the muscles of your core.

Flexband Workout Tone and Lengthen uses the flexband resistance band to tone the muscles of the arms, legs and core.

Mostly Core uses Pilates mat exercises to focus mainly on the core, but also works the rest of the body.

Intro to Pilates and Beginner I work on the fundamentals of Pilates.  These classes work through the basic principles that should be applied to every exercise for maximum benefits and results. Flexband and stretching are also incorporated.

Beginner II  works on the fundamentals learned in Beginner I and prepare the body for the Intermediate level. Flexband and stretching are also incorporated.

Intermediate builds upon the exercises from Beginner II, by adding more complex exercises and decreasing the amount of rest time during each exercise.  Flexband and stretching are also incorporated.
